We have evaluated the effects of microwave irradiation on the solid-phase synthesis of B-peptides.
Sequences designed to adopt the 14-helix, especially those containing the structure – promoting
residue trans-2-aminocyclohexanecarboxylix acid （ACHC）, suffer from poor synthetic efficiency
under standard SPPS conditions. A comparision of microwave and conventional heating shows
that both provide excellent synthetic results for shorter sequences; however, we identify a clear
benefit from microwave irradiation for longer B-peptides.

摘要：
我們已經(jīng)評(píng)估微波輻射對(duì)固相合成B-peptides的影響。在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SPPS條件下, 序列用作吸納14-螺旋（14- Helix）是存在非常低的合成效率，尤其是那些含有trans-2-aminocyclohexanecarboxylix acid （ACHC） 殘余物的結(jié)構(gòu)。比較微波加熱和常規(guī)加熱表明，兩者都能為合成短序列多肽提供的綜合成果;但是，我們確定微波輻射也能夠?yàn)楹铣奢^長的乙肽（β- Peptides） 提供的綜合成果。
